Latvijas rallija braucēji dodas uz „Shell Helix Rally Estonia”
Šajā nedēļas nogalē, 13., 14. un 15.jūlijā Tartu apkaimē risināsies sacensības „Shell Helix Rally Estonia”, kas pulcēs vairāk nekā 100 dalībnieku no 12 valstīm. Šis būs ne tikai Igaunijas, bet arī Latvijas čempionāta ieskaites posms. Starta sarakstā ir 18 ekipāžas, kas startēs ar Latvijas Automobiļu federācijas izdotām licencēm, attiecīgi pārstāvot Latviju.

More then 100 teams from 12 countries in the entry list of Shell Helix Rally Estonia
On Friday evening the biggest autosport event in the Baltic’s, Shell Helix Rally Estonia kicks off with the official opening ceremony held on the podium in Tartu City centre. This is the most prestigious Rally Estonia so far as three WRC teams are starting in the rally. Total 103 crews from 12 countries are in the entry list and besides the competition offers this year’s rally great entertainment programm and for the first time LHV autolaen AUTOEXPO is held during the rally in Tartu, near the podium.

Top team from Poland - Tomasz Kasperczyk and Damian Syty starting in Shell Helix Rally Estonia
Shell Helix Rally Estonia is popular amongst the Polish drivers. Many of them have been participating here during the years and this year is no exception. The winners of the last round in Poland, Silesia Rally Tomasz Kasperczyk and Damian Syty have shown good pace on home soil and now it’s time for them to test their skills again in Estonia. Kasperczyk and Syty, currently in second place in Polish Championship are driving Ford Fiesta R5 car.

Karl Kruuda: “Rally Estonia is one of my favorite events.”
Shell Helix Rally Estonia held on 13-15 of July is a very important event for Karl Kruuda. Last time he was competing in Estonia was at Rally Estonia 2015. Now is he back and ready to tackle the stages. As his regular co-driver from previous seasons Martin Järveoja is working with Ott Tänak now, his co-driver will be Annika Arnek and they will be driving Ford Fiesta Proto car.

The leader of Finnish championship Eerik Pietarinen adds to R5 class in Shell Helix Rally Estonia
One more strong and promising young Finnish driver will be starting in the biggest autosport event in the Baltics, Shell Helix Rally Estonia held 13-15 July. Eerik Pietarinen and Juhana Raitanen have been ruling the Finnish Championship and are the leaders in class SM1 after the fifth round. As Aron Domzala from Poland they will also be driving Skoda Fabia R5 by ex-WRC driver Toni Gardemeister’s team TGS Worldwide.

FIA Cross-Country Rallies World Cup winner Aron Domzala to debut with R5 car in Shell Helix Rally Estonia
2016 FIA Cross-Country Rallies World Cup winner Aron Domzala has decided to start in Shell Helix Rally Estonia held on 13-15 of July. For Domzala it's fourth time to start in Estonia and this year he makes a debut with Skoda Fabia R5 prepared by ex-WRC driver Toni Gardemeister’s team TGS Worldwide.
